Ky-Mani Marley is among the most popular and richest Reggae Singer who was born on the 26th February, 1976, in Falmouth Jamaica. Shottas was a classic movie that featured him alongside another singer Wyclef. Ky-Mani got signed to Shang Records in 1996 where the first album he put out was like Father Like Son. He has also released a number of singles, such as Judge Not With Patra and Dear Dad (which reached the highest position on the British Reggae Charts) as well as the Who the Cap Fit remix and Sensimelia. All of them contributed to the rising popularity of Ky among the young generation of reggae artists. Ky-Mani as well as Praswell who are members of the Fugees formed a band in 1997 to create Avenue the cover version of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was the first artist to perform at Midem which is an international music showcase that was held in Miami.
